When I read this document on my MAX 10.4, then I cannot get OpenOffice to open
this document. MAC OS is downloading this attachment as a ZIP file and not
.docx. Is that where the problem lies?
.docx files appear to be and are compressed files to older versions of
OpenOffice.org. I don't know when .docx handling was added to
OpenOffice.org but I suspect that Ubuntu Hardy is shipping with a newer
version of OpenOffice.org than you are using with MacOSX. The answer to
my question should confirm this.
