I really don't know which build will be called next beta, but possibly yes, as far as I can tell from Philipp's mail on previous thread "Does aquavcl08 need to be in Beta2?". But you still need to disable non-breaking space manually in "Tools -> Customize... -> Keyboard" even aquavcl08 is integrated in coming milestones at the moment, I think.
