I think it can be usefull for everyone, to keep in mind the history of
the Aqua port development.
There are probably better / other sources, or maybe present them a nicer
way can be usefull, but I think the links below do provide the essential.
0) Everything started during First Mac porters meeting, when aquavcl01
has been created (created in November 2005)
1) aquavcl01 cws (the initial aqua thing )

I got other information (mainly mails), pre-aquavcl01, but I need to
reorder everything. e.g. I remember Florian Heckl and Stephan Schaefer,
who provided the first "Aqua" frames. I have to retrieve the first
mails about salframe, aquavclevents and some of the first funny issues
we had for Aqua port.
