The missing modules are the ones that Perl reports not being able to find:
checking for required Perl modules... Can't locate Archive/Zip.pm in @INC
So, from Mac Ports you want to install p5-Archive-Zip.
After you install that, you may find that other modules are missing,
too, so you install those when Perl says that it can't find them.
