So (having once hacked up a native gtk unix dialog which I'd like to get
upstream in a less hacky fashion), what's the rough description of how
this appears to the user. e.g. there are a load of options on our OOo
dialog like, print particular sheets in calc, print notes as well as
slides in impress, and so on. In the native mac dialog case do they..
a) get migrated onto the native mac dialog in e.g. custom tabs
b) not get shown anywhere
c) end up with *two* print dialogs, one after the other (!), one for OOo
options for what to print, and another for selecting the printer and
print-job settings.
