Couldn't you just call
[[NSBundle bundleWithIdentifier:@"com.example.MacFUSE"] bundlePath];

or
CFBundleRef macFuseBundle = CFBundleCFBundleGetBundleWithIdentifier 
("com.example.MacFUSE");
CFURLRef macFuseBundleURL = CFBundleCopyBundleURL(macFuseBundle);

? With the right bundle ID, of course.

(Note that NSBundle and CFBundleRef are *not* toll-free-bridged.)
