How about reading some documentation, FAQs, previous forum posts, previous reported issues etc.?
On Tiger, MacFUSE installs under /System/Library/Filesystems/ fusefs.fs/. On Leopard, MacFUSE installs under /Library/Filesystems/fusefs.fs/. If you have mounting/unmounting/Disk Utility issues with ntfs-3g, then, as I said earlier, contact the OS X ntfs-3g people (or wherever you downloaded ntfs-3g from). Unless your issues is narrowed down to a MacFUSE problem, I wouldn't be able to help you.
