Howdy -- I decided to give SpotlightFS a try today, and it doesn't seem to do what it's supposed to -- given that others seem to see normal operation, I'm wondering if this can have anything to do with 10.5.3 (which I upgraded to about a week ago).
When I run SpotlightFS, I can see the process running in the Activity Monitor, and I see the /Volumes/SpotlightFS directory. When I create a new subdirectory, though, it only ever contains the custom directory icon -- the directory never populates with other files. Likewise, if I try to do a directory listing on a path below SmarterFolder, I see the same behavior -- I see an icon file, but never any other contents. Is there any way (easy or otherwise) to debug this?
