Can you quickly elaborate as to what is changed with regards to:

Bugfix: Fixed a kernel issue where the file system could fail to
"catch up" on a file's size when the size changed unbeknownst to
MacFUSE (say, on a remote server.)

I know there is the updated cache flushing code, but I'm guessing this
"fix" implies more than just that new function
