This bugfix is for the issue that the original poster in this thread
pointed out.

The explicit purging interface (fuse_purge_np and friends) isn't there
yet and is likely to change even in the tree. The bugfixes in MacFUSE
1.7 were urgent enough that I deferred several other big changes to
the next MacFUSE release.
