Just so you know, I added Q 1.3 to the wiki moments before I replied to your post. Your other question is answered in the FAQ if you choose to read it. See Q 1.2 (which has been in the wiki for a while) to know where MacFUSE components live. Those are the folders you are looking for to remove manually.
