1. Open Terminal.
2. Type (paste):

sudo rm -rf /Library/Filesystems/fusefs.fs 
/System/Library/Filesystems/fusefs.fs 
/Library/Frameworks/MacFUSE.framework /Library/Receipts/MacFUSE.pkg 
"/Library/Receipts/MacFUSE Core.pkg"

(You have to be an administrator, and you will be asked for your 
password to gain sufficient privileges to delete these files and 
directories.)
