Yes you should keep it there. If you did not install it explicitly it
was likely put there by another application, though I am not sure what
apps install macfuse in the background. If it was put there by
another app, that app needs macfuse in order for it to work. There is
no security risk or malware that is dependent on macfuse, so there is
no risk in keeping it there,
