Thanks Erik and Alan. I tried cleaning up all the MacFuse files and did a reinstall (thru Transmit). Under /Library/FileSystems, I see NetFSPlugins and fusefs.fs, fusefs.fs is not a symlink. Unfortunately, it still does not work. Transmit still keeps asking me to install a later version of MacFuse....
