Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Boston, MA (NEED LOCAL) Duration: 6+Months Rate : $50/hr Job Description: SUMMARY: We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help with a project that will move information from our US-based information management system into a global information management system. RESPONSIBILITIES: The BSA will work with internal BSA and Product Management teams within the global-Interactive division. There is very little work gathering requirements and most work doing systems analysis and written specifications. This applicant will be reporting to more senior analysts and product management. JOB DUTIES: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role is responsible for obtaining requirements gathered by Product Managers and Business Analysts, and shaping those requirements into full Functional Specifications. BSAs perform the following tasks: Create and/or fully document conceptual data models, workflows and process flows Work with Business Analysts to help fully scope and define the business requirements Work with developers to help determine and document feasible concept models for technical solutions Work with user experience / design team members to determine and document feasible concept models for user interfaces Provide fully qualified specifications REQUIREMENTS: Seeking talent with excellent written and verbal communications skills, a business understanding of investment management concepts, and with technical understanding of how applications work.
