Job Title: Database Analyst Location: Snellville, GA Duration: 6+Months Job Description: We are seeking a content developer who will implement various healthcare quality measures using our internal measure development tool. The candidate will be responsible for researching requirements for these measures, documenting their specifications, and implementing them for processing on health insurance databases. The candidate will also suggest and develop enhancements to our measurement tool, create documentation for its use, and train customers on the creation of custom measures. The qualified candidate will have a working knowledge of healthcare quality measure specifications, experience in software and database development, and experience in healthcare data analytics. Prior work in HEDIS or other healthcare quality metrics is a plus. Responsibilities: • Identify healthcare quality measures with a market for software implementation; • Research information needed to translate measures into specific requirements; • Implement measures using our internal design tool; • Improve, document, and train others on the use of the design tool; and • Assist in other areas and departments as needed.
