There may be other things interfering with the signal (microwaves 
ovens, lots of metal in the walls in between your two equipment groups, 
etc.) so it is difficult to say if a booster antenna will work well or 
not. But on the other hand, Apple has lowered the price on the Airport 
Extremes to $199.

Someday, I will come up with a clever signature line. I am not sure if 
I will use it or not, but I will come up with one.
