Hello Troy,

You might get better responses if you reverse your question. That 
stunning silence could mean that no-one is having problems using their 
iMacs to do those things, or they use them to do other things. Are you 
going to wait until MacWorld - San Francisco to buy your new Mac?

p.s. I have used iMacs to do those things you are talking about without 
any problems. Very nice machines.
