Harry,

Move your OS 9 System Folder to the partition you desire.  Once moved, you
may want to check to see if Classic will launch from that System Folder.
Next, set your start up disk to boot from the OS 9 folder you moved.  If all
of that works to your satisfaction, then lastly . . . Delete the System
Folder on your OS X partition.
