I've just worked out my stupidity here. You can manually convert a hex key
to an ascii key. Will try tonight.

Scary. That's exactly what I did [looks for hidden cameras etc].

When you phone them, they announce them on the phone message I think.
Insight are a classic example of a company who do not operate through
their website. It's useless.

They won't tell you what the next special will be, but they did tell me
when the current special expired. If it's a few weeks away, it wouldn't
hurt much to wait.

When you phone up to order, they are very open about the special deals and
don't try to sham you. One such deal is that they do 10 dollars off if you
get TV and Internet from them.

With reflection, I realise that part of why I know this is becasue I
missed the free modem deal. By a week or so. I paid it off in 3
installments through the normal bill. Before then it was 10 dollars I
think.

It was a busy time, so sorry for being a bit vacuous about it :)

With my wife's iBook, she lifted the keyboard off and slotted it in. For
the G4 Powerbook though you have to unscrew the back and slot it in. Good
luck on the G3 Pwrbk.
