The problem could be that the email isn't formatted as html mail, but 
instead is an image in an email message. If I were to put an image in 
this email, you'd see it, I think, because the email itself is 
plaintext.

If that is the case, then you don't need to worry, because the image is 
only an image, rather than an image with a javascript or something. Of 
course, maybe I'm wrong.
