I left the battery in and charging overnight and, lo and behold, when I
checked the next morning, it registered a full charge. I guess it just
took a while to get "warmed up." Now I just have to remember not to
wait another 6 months to put my other battery in and charge it up.

Does anyone know of a way to make these spare Powerbook batteries
"keep" longer if unused. Or is it simply a necessity to use them every
so often to keep them from dying for good -- a "use it or lose it"
scenario?
