These are the kinds of inane comments that serve no purpose except to make an angry person even angrier. By sending a message such as this, you're only giving proof that her impressions are true. She has been a valuable resource for us all, and has posted many insightful messages, including the one to which you are replying. Just remember that there are about 200 subscribers to this list, most of whom never post. Those who take the time and effort to share their expertise with us are a valuable few. We should go out of our way to encourage them. It is possible to disagree with people in a civil way, and I usually try to do so. I regret my flippant joke at the end of the post about DVDs, because I didn't know the light in which it would be taken.
