It was an irrelevant error, Beth.  

Is anyone here naive enough to believe that Ozone Al would _not_ have
accepted credit for the creation of the Internet if anyone had actually
believed the supposed claim?  I hope not.  Mac users are supposed to be way
smarter than that.

If Global Warming Al has any real input on the board - any real effect in
determining the future of Apple - then I'm worried about the future of the
company for the first time.  However, if the company is just holding him up
for public viewing to demonstrate that "Yes, even World Government Al can
use a Mac!" then perhaps it's good marketing.
