You're right, Ward.  I'd guess it was at least six months earlier, maybe a
year.

It's got to be a tough situation.  You're in a business where the customers
are going to buy from you because they expect fewer problems.  However, I
imagine they often translate "fewer" to mean "no" - and that just ain't
possible.
