Hi Suzanne, Sometimes you can find information about a certain model from the company's Web site (i.e., www.epson.com). There, you may find a page of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), or perhaps the User Guide in pdf format you can download and read. In addition, there's usually a tech support contact available on the Web site, either by e-mail or phone.
Another source is the discussion groups on the Apple Web site. Just put the printer and model number into the search box and see what comes up.
