You guys are the BEST!!!!!!

If you had SEEN me doublechecking and triplechecking Anne's instructions....
you would have laughed your heads off! I was being SOOOOOOOOO careful. LOL

I have NEVER done anything like this before.... and I LOVE my mac.... and I
was SCARED to load an OS.. So I double and triple checked.... wouldn't
answer the phone when it rang.... nothing... LOL

Jerry,

I tried Spotlight and it gives airport, printer, bluetooth and a couple
other things that are not the "set up assitant"..... I even tried searching
in finder..... and applications..... and can't find it.... All I can figure
is it must be on the Tiger disk.... and I took that out before I restarted
the computer.

It's not a biggie... LOL And I am SURE I will have TONS of questions....
maybe not though, this seems easier than 10.3... I've got weather.... my
time is knoxville... that bugs me.... LOL I want it to say Louisville or
Clarksville..... LOL But this is so cool.... and I haven't even BEGUN to
look at all the widgets.... PLUS you can add more widgets.....

But first, I have to add more RAM. I just might buy the 1 GIG..... and then
be really ready to play! LOL

Thanks again!

JJ
