Actually any playlist will do, or the library. You just have to select 
the songs  you want to convert, by clicking on them, then it gives you 
in the Advanced menu the " convert to MP3 " option. you click on it and 
a copy of the selected song(s) appears below the song and it will be in 
the MP3 format.
