Marta, I set Safari to open up on the web page <www.whas11.com/weather>. That works for me, and gives me the forecast anytime I want it, with little effort. There's little or no scrolling to do on that page.
I have stuck with BellSouth for a server; I just can't get comfortable with trusting Insight for my computer service. I've debated with myself about switching both my computer and my telephone to them... it would be cheaper, I know. And I have been forced to cut back on many of my expenses these days. I just have an issue with relying on cable service for either of those important things. Hope you find what you're looking for with the above website.
