That just supports my theory, Kay, that the more M$ stuff you have on your system, the weaker the system.
Which reminds me of a demo that we really need to have at one of our meetings - how to install X-windows stuff like "Open Office" and, ahem, programs like "Grass", which I've managed to install but am clueless about running because it apparently wants me to type some stuff to tell it where certain files are ... and I haven't a clue ... but I digress. We have this tool, this X-Windows thing, and there are so many free things, so many slick sounding free things, that a "how to start doing it" demo might really be useful. Hint hint hint.
