All joking aside, just another reason to make regular backups and be
sure your insurance is up to date and will cover a replacement should
the need arise.

Most homeowners and renters' insurance will cover a complete
replacement, but it's always nice to be sure.

And to the apartment dwellers who've never thought of renters'
insurance, check with your regular insurance company. You can get a few
thousand dollars worth for 20 bucks a year.
