True Rob, but I personally had a $250 deductible at the time, which I've since 
raised to $500 on my homeowners.
You've hit the nail on the head about backups but I'm guilty about not doing 
them for myself.  My clients aren't allowed to follow in my footsteps though.

replacement, but it's always nice to be sure.

And to the apartment dwellers who've never thought of renters' 
insurance, check with your regular insurance company. You can get a few 
thousand dollars worth for 20 bucks a year.
