Did I read on on one of these notes that there is an archive of the messages? If so, where might it be? If not, could someone pass along the 10.2 modem problem thread? Turns out I should have been reading it all along. A friend has a new iMac. He just upgraded to 10.2 and now he can't get a connection. It seems to be stuck in a handshake loop.
