Need a suggestion for a printer problem. My daughter's G4 will not print from Safari, it will spit out blank sheets if an article from the internet is printed. The machine will print from email, from Word, Excel, PDF files, etc, but not Safari. If you make the article in Safari into a PDF file it will not print either, but if she mails the PDF to herself then it will print from the email.
I upgraded everything to the latest and greatest from Apple, downloaded a 90 meg. file for the HP 2775 all in one (I think that is the model), repaired permissions, did several reboots and still just blanks, sometimes maybe it would do a half page, 99% of the time just nothing. I downloaded Firefox and it prints perfectly from the internet, so what in the world has gone wrong? Is there a procedure I can try? Thanks a bunch for your help, I am baffled (no comment).
