If you have a DVD player with pass-through video (none of mine do) and there's an output from the computer compatible with the DVD player's input, it should work. I have three Myth front-ends in common use right now. The one in the family room is a small and cheap Epia M10000 machine that has s-video output and plugs straight into the TV. The one in the kitchen is an old Athlon XP PC and it drives a flat screen monitor. The one in the master bedroom is my old Mac cube and it's plugged into a 17 inch monitor. All three get their programming over my home network from my MythTV backend server in the basement, which usually has no monitor or TV connected. -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
