Marta,
That is one reason that I like to have all of my mailing list stuff,  
etc. come to my gmail.com account.
I can delete it from my machine if I want, and still fire up a web  
browser (from any machine) and log into gmail and search and find  
everything.

With over 2 gigabytes of storage, i never need to delete any mail  
messages from online.
and with certain free programs, I can use gmail to store (non- 
confidential) documents and such online so that I can access them  
anywhere I can find an internet connection.

Let me know if anyone needs a gmail invite (is gmail even still  
invite only?) as I have tons of them.
