Marta, That is one reason that I like to have all of my mailing list stuff, etc. come to my gmail.com account. I can delete it from my machine if I want, and still fire up a web browser (from any machine) and log into gmail and search and find everything.
With over 2 gigabytes of storage, i never need to delete any mail messages from online. and with certain free programs, I can use gmail to store (non- confidential) documents and such online so that I can access them anywhere I can find an internet connection. Let me know if anyone needs a gmail invite (is gmail even still invite only?) as I have tons of them.
