I've got a recommendation on this one. We got a TomTom GO 700 about 6 months ago, and have loved using it. Very easy to move from car to car, very simple to program addresses, all USA maps installed, and fairly up-to-date. I first thought these GPS units were just expensive toys, but I have found they have saved me time and mileage.
Let me know if you want to borrow ours to give it a test drive.
