Hi Beth,

I don't have a clue how to solve your problem! OSX and Classic have so
darn many places to store these files! Sure not as easy to deal with
as OS9 when troubleshooting. I've reinstalled Quark while on a network
in 9 and not had any problem with bringing up a previous number. Has
to be the OSX system. Maybe Jerry or one of the other "internal gurus"
can solve the problem on locating the culprit file! I would certainly
like to know the answer for future use.

Since the need for using this Quark is minimal - would it be possible
to just install the same serial number and remove the station from the
network while the conversions are done? Might take some time and
create a little hassle - but if all else fails!

Good luck - LLL
