Well Anne,

Probably a small typo is the clue to getting this kluge to work. But this
problem makes it apparent that you?re in desperate need of refining your
iphoto library management system.

And you may need this as well if things don?t work out as expected:

I am having problem getting iPhoto (2.0.1) recognizing the photos that
are in the iPhoto Library.

All I did was change the name of iPhoto Library to iPhoto LibraryX by
adding an X after the name. I then erased the A after my other iPhoto
LibraryA making it iPhoto Library. This worked as it should. I can view
the photos in what was A. But when I changed them back to iPhoto
Library (no longer X) and i Photo LibraryA, iPhoto does not recognize
any photos. The photos are still there and I can view them in Preview,
just not in iPhoto.

Any suggestions? I tried changing names a couple of more times and each
time I can view the photos in A (if I make it the iPhoto Library) but
not in X. A is 2.3GB in size and seems to be fine, just a bit slow. X
is 1.45 GB and a bit faster but it seems to be getting ready for
Halloween and is dressed as a ghost. Help.

Anne Cartwright
