I have heard good things about Daylite, but use Now Contact. It is very good, but there are some bugs when used with a lot of shared contacts on a network. Customer support is very good via email (in fact Bill, they told me today a free update is due out in a few weeks). It also synchs very well to a Palm handheld, something I think Daylite still doesn't do or is just now in beta.
