A lot of other vendors offer audio systems for computers but this should start you off. Keep in mind you want ?powered speakers since the amplifiers in your laptop will not provide enough power to drive external speakers. Good luck Bill King Tom, Just remembered that I once had an pair of stereo speakers (Sony SRS-PC50) connected to a desktop tower Mac that mounted on either side of the monitor and did not have a subwoofer. They were made by Sony and were priced around $50 as I recall. Sony also made several models that stood upright on the top of your desk.
