A Type 3 error means that a program sent an instruction that the hardware 
was not able to interpret. These problems are sometimes hard to track down 
because you don't know whether it is the program you're working in, or some 
background thingie that erred.

Your best bet is to run the program with extensions off for a while and see 
if the problem is still there. If it's an extension problem, that's harder. 
You'll just have to turn them on and off in sets until you isolate the 
culprit. Conflict Catcher makes this easier to do.
