Already tried that, it still does it. Though the interesting part is 
that it get almost all the way done, say there are 8 songs it gets to 
the 6-7 song before it has a problem. The cd in question has just two 
songs but they are very long. And they are not over the time limit or 
the capacity of the cd.

That's what I thought also, but took it home and copied on my 
external cd burner fine though iTunes 2.0.3

It's not a CD-RW disc, if that makes a difference and it gives me a 
message "unknown error  -7932", as opposed to the "problem with 
target device" error message.
