Hi John, In spite of what your experience with your external burner at home might be, what would your reaction be if you tried to burn another ten CDs and they all burned perfectly? May have a ?marginal? or stubborn CD that works better on some burners than others?
Try allocating more RAM to iTunes. You may also try cleaning the CD (wipe in the direction from the inside hole to the outside diameter. Don?t wipe in a circular motion.) And if I had fought this particular problem for as long as you have, I?d be tempted to extract these tracks to your hard disk and burn from there.
