Mostly. Will REDUX back up over a network? Have you ever used retrospect? If so, why REDUX over retrospect or retrospect express?
Is the sum total of your 8 partitions less than or equal to 40 gb? Does the program compress the files as it writes them to the firewire drive or are your backups all uncompressed? Also, when you say all backups are in a finder format, I'm not sure what that means. Thanks. What a strange, long, trip it is! remember: it's not how fast you climb the hill that matters, it's how fast you go coming down! The next meeting of the Louisville Computer Society will be September 25. For more information, see <http://www.aye.net/~lcs>.
