Sorry, I use Adobe Photoshop CS.  Yes, I set the HP as default, I tried the
print dialog box and set the HP as printer.  So far I?ve been unsuccessful.
I also have it networked.

I just had an idea.  I?ll plug the HP directly into the Mac?s USB port and
see what happens.

You don't specify what application you are printing from. In Systems
Prefs/Print and Fax have you set the HP as default? Alternately, you
could select it from the print dialog box under Printer. "Any
printer" setting will not yield a successful result...jf
