Now isn't InsightBB phone service a Voice-over-IP (voip) solution? Is
there any concern about the fact that many VOIP solutions do not connect
to the 911 emergency phone network:

I'd hate to need 911 and not be able to reach them because I'm on a VOIP
system.

I have had Insight phone service since July 2003. I am satisfied.
Since i also have Broadband and Cable with them, I do get a monthly
discount for using multiple services.
