What has Insight done to you Bernie? Or better why don't you like Insight? Bellsouth did charge much more at the time I got my broadband and Insight was together with AT&T at that ime, which was my long distance carrier anyhow, since Bellsouth only was good for the local connection. And having it all bundled in big package at the time, I got installation and modem free and am still getting a monthly discount. I haven't had any outage, also only had them come over once and they were prompt and even " knowledgeable" . But of course i am always willing to study alternatives.
