AOL has a new beta service app for doing things like this:

http://beta.aol.com/projects/aol_sa/

Click on the FAQ and the other web documents for the feature list.
It is supposed to allow you to migrate mail, address books, the kitchen 
sink etc. from AOL into Apple's counterparts.

Someday, I will come up with a clever signature line. I am not sure if 
I will use it or not, but I will come up with one.
