I could use some help locating a software application. I want to be
able to take a scanned image and have it "traced" into another file that I
can manipulate. Kind of like going from a bitmap of a black-lined drawing
into vector graphics so common applications like PowerPoint or a simple
drawing program can move lines and shapes.
This is not a new technology and I know that there are several options
out there. But I've been away from it for so long I'm not sure what the
latest technology is. This function is probably imbedded in a lot of other
applications these too.
